Worked in the fields of Environmental and Food Justice, Social Justice, Harm Reduction, Voter Organizing and Nonviolent Direct Action. Co-founded League of Young Voters, then helped The Ruckus Society advance their transition from a white-led organization to a multi-cultural space that is accountable to communities most impacted by injustice. Both in and beyond these roles, acquired nearly 15 years of facilitation experience with all ages and backgrounds. Emphasis is on developing structure and systems that allow organizations to realize their vision in every aspect of their present work.Specialties: Organizational Healing, and developing organizational and network structures and culture for beginning or existing groups, moving from vision to action, mediation, personal and organizational sustainability retreats.Also loves singing and public speaking on topics of passion (including Octavia Butler, science fiction, transformation, and practices of sustainability).
