I am the CEO of FE3 Integrated Fitness, a private gym located in Rocky River, Ohio. I am a strength coach and educator, helping others meet their fitness and health goals, as well as teaching others within the industry. Since establishing FE3 in 2007, I have worked with thousands of clients, coaching people that have been surgically altered, that have had emotional traumas, and doing corrective bodywork. I have trained young athletes, elderly people, and everyone in between. I have helped many with gut issues, and food relationships. Additionally, I have taught various seminars for FE3 Integrated Fitness and been a mentor to multiple people who have their own coaching businesses and/or gyms. My career started as a mechanical engineer, and overtime I became intrigued with the body from working out. Eventually, the body became my new machine to focus on. After being diagnosed with Scoliosis, I began studying the body and discovering ways to fix my condition to improve my health and overall quality of life. From my experience and struggle with a health issue, my passion for helping people to feel and look their best blossomed. Being a resource and having answers to others body malfunctions that they couldn't get anywhere else is a blessing that I'm grateful to use everyday.
