• Providing pedagogical and technical support, advice and guidance for academics redeveloping and teaching units for Victoria University's unique first year model.

• As the Technology and Production Lead in the Education department at the college, my role was to develop production capacity for the strategic use of technology to help deliver ANZCA’s range of training programs. This included managing the college’s learning object repository and leading the development of associated metadata standards.• As Operations Manager, Education (a maternity backfill position), I was also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Education unit with line-management duties for Learning Designers, Learning Facilitators and administrative staff.

• My role was to design, develop and deploy e-learning resources that support the Faculty of Pain Medicine’s new curriculum for specialist pain medicine physicians. The role required a customer-oriented approach, helping my clients to determine the learning needs of the Faculty’s trainees and marrying these needs with sound online learning pedagogy and technology capacities.

• As part of the digital literacy team, my role was to develop online learning resources to help students, including higher- degree by research students, acquire digital and information literacy skills.

• Editorial support and data manipulation as part of the digitisation of Lonely Planet’s entire printed backlist.

• Designing, writing and editing of a range of guides to help teaching staff integrate new media into their teaching.• Advising academics on technology that could be used in teaching.
