I perform help desk task from resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, provisioning emails and settingup new user accounts with MFA. I build/ correct Active Directory accounts as well as troubleshoot an solve a broad range of problems with software and and web applications. I work on the admin side of the mobile device management for the DOD.

Afghanistan

Armed Security contractor in Afghanistan. I maintain security in a high threat environment protectingblack sites, OGAs [ Other Government Agencies] and U.S rangers and special forces unites. My taskvary from patrolling perimeters, manning crow equipped watch towers, running entry control pointsincluding searching vehicles and personal for weapons and IEDs. I also work in my camps Base DefenseOperations Center (BDOC), basically I coordinate friendly movements, relay enemy activity, and unusualirregularities throughout the compound to Afghanistan battle command as well as other Fobs in andaround Afghanistan. I have also performed basic troubleshooting techniques for our communicationdevices such as radios an land phones to troubleshooting our cctv systems an raid cameras. I workedwith local ANA as well with OGAs and U.S forces.

I use majority of my work day diagnosing and fixing problems that customerscome to the shop for such as steering and suspension to brakes to tune-ups. My job was not limited to justworking on the cars I had to deal with customers on a regular basis as in having the customer explain whatthey think is going on with their vehicles and give my end of expertise and means to resolve the issue.
