I love to find solutions be it software problems or life in general. I was born in Bihar, raised in Delhi, studied in Rajasthan and Pune and currently working in Bangalore. Living in such culturally diverse parts of India made me appreciate how we are alike in our differences hence I believe in inclusive workforces and societies.I have been working for the last 6 years in product related roles in an Insurtech product based company and have had fun designing, building and implementing products. In that role I started to develop an understanding of why good product design is important and how it can help us avoid future problems. An interest in good design coupled with my interest in management led me to Product Management.I have been exploring Product Management from a human-centric lens for the past few years. As product requirements become more and more complex, simplifying the design to keep it instinctive and human-centric becomes incredibly important. I am also an avid reader and have read over a 1000 books. (Though to be fair that number includes teenage fiction books like Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys and Ghost Busters so don't take it too seriously). However, I have both grown as a person and as a reader now and so has my collection of books. I practice minimalism and intentional consumption and over the past few years I have been steering my life towards quality over quantity.
