• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and.
• Preparing Actual Vs Budget comparison for all the material request and the subcontracts jobs.
• Providing the tender department with the current materials/subcontract jobs prices.
• distributing the actual costs incurred on the project into cost centers.
• Earned Value Analysis for the ongoing projects.
• Monitoring the progress of the project.
