My background is rooted in team-based, client-oriented, project development and management. I value creating solutions that uplift a company’s unique story, through both design and tech.Within my high school career, I led my team to several state-level awards through my work in programming, presenting, technical writing, and sponsorship development. In my time at WT, I worked as the lead graphic designer for the Engler College of Business while advancing my skills in human-centered visual design. In the summer of 2023, I joined BOC Bank's frontend development team during the launch of its ground breaking banking software. Through this hands-on internship, I developed experience in creating tech solutions using React, mobile app development, Git, Redux, and Azure. I enjoyed applying concepts from class to practical business, and learning how to communicate with an international team to get tasks done.I am also a part of Rogers LEAD WT, a selective program that focuses on developing students through education, application, and service. In 2023, my small team of students created 3 professional quality mini-documentaries and ran an email marketing campaign for Turn Center in Amarillo. In 2024, I presented my research on gender and leadership at Rogers LEAD WT's annual conference.At the end of my senior year of college in 2024, I was offered an internship on the software development team at Pantex, Consolidated Nuclear Security. There I am currently working with a team of fellow interns and experts in advancing their internal systems. I am a self-driven individual whose strength lies in my adaptability and willingness to learn. I am always ready to take on the next project and add a new skill to my arsenal.
