I am an outcome focused Operational Support Lead with over 15 years’ experience supporting and delivering Information Technology, 7 years onsite and 10 years in the Mining industry. I have the ability to understand complex IT solutions and convey that to a site audience, and have a passion for delivering value to the business.I have built upon my strong technical background to become experienced in managing remote support teams and I am equally comfortable performing project delivery or architecting solutions. I have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong and sustaining relationships at all levels of organisations.I enjoy leading teams inside, and outside, of a work environment and deal well with ambiguity which has aided site support work historically including time at Renison Bell, Rosebery & Dugald River as well as international sites such as Kinsevere (Congo) & Las Bambas (Peru). I am enthusiastic about using Agile principles to ensure the right work gets done, and the maximum benefit is achieved.My site experience and operational mindset has been fundamental to my strong track record and I look forward to challenging myself further.
