• The Senior UC Engineering role within the Dimension Data outsourcing business is tasked with technical ownership of a single client environment. This Technical Lead role aims to provide representation for the client to.
• Work closely with projects and architectual team to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) representation and guidance for projects in-flight.

• This role within the Managed Services space is tasked with resolution of technical incidents within core, distribution and access layer networksResponsibilities:
• Diagnosis of software, hardware and configuration issues within a largely Cisco environment.
• ITIL aligned incident and problem management for restoration and resolution of identified issues
• Single point technical contact with enterprise clients in high pressure 'network-down' scenarios
• Technical escallation point for engineering problems and incidents

• The Support Engineer is a junior role within the Managed Services space, tasked with active monitoring of client networks through a range of tools and services.Primary Tasks:
• Verification of alerts and incidents generated by business monitoring tools
• Identification and validation of high level faults and problems in Cisco hardware and software
• Management of third-party vendors and carriers providing services to client networks
