Managed approximately one hundred programs simultaneously from start to finish, including finding teachers, making contracts, instructing teachers, and ensuring student evaluation reports were completed correctly.Managed approximately 70 teachers' schedules. Designed curricula for new and existing programs for small, midsize, and multinational companies and institutions. Planned and developed in-house textbooks and materials **Key Achievements** Developed an in-house ESL textbook focused on the service industries. The textbook was subsequently expanded into a 6-textbook series. The textbook was later used in partnership with two municipal Governments to hold lessons for local businesses and residents. Developed an in-house ESL/Business Skills textbook focused on writing and delivering effective presentations. Designed a managed a 3-month intensive program at a well-known Japanese multinational company. All students successfully increased their CEFR levels between 1 and 2 levels and reached the benchmark to become eligible to manage an overseas branch. Designed and managed a large scale program at a well-known video games company. Over 3 terms, the student number increased from 145 students to 214 students. Designed and taught regular seminars for a Government Agency to help prepare them for hosting a large-scale international conference.

Japan
