ABOUT MY CAREER1) Generalist to SpecialistAs a founding member of a start-up company, I had to become a generalist in the early stage of Dano. I started my career as a content editor but soon became an e-commerce operator handling customer service, SCM and food development as well. As the company grew, I was able to focus on one specific area that I loved the most and build my career as a food expert. Thanks to these various experiences, I was able to think from various perspectives without being flustered when faced with new problems. 2) Zero to OneI was in charge of operating a food e-commerce business, Danoshop. At first, there were not many orders, so I packed the package by myself and sometimes even delivered it directly to customers. But as orders increased, I put my efforts into establishing a stable operating system as a general manager until the company's sales reached from 0 to 1.7 million dollars(monthly).This was a very challenging experience but also very helpful for me becoming my current job, a business developer to discover new opportunities and create new business models.SOMETHING PERSONAL ABOUT ME1) I love to travel. Been around more than 20 countries. Most of the time was exploring hidden places rather than touristic spots as a backpacker and an adventurer. Love to meet local people and try authentic food. I'm flexible, and adaptable so I am not so stressed out in a new environment and even truly enjoy that. 2) I wrote and published two books. One is about my one-year-around-trip in South America when I was in my university(2014). Second, a diet recipe book as a co-writer(2021) and this was published in Taiwan as well(2022). I will keep writing and publishing books every 10 years just like I did in my 20s, and 30s.3) I'm always open to learning something new. Sports, languages, cultures, etc. I educate and drive myself to be a better version of me.
