San Francisco Bay Area

Part of the Food Team collaborative at Google, I am the regional leader of commercial kitchen design. I am responsible for managing the design and implementation of the commercial kitchen elements in Google's food and beverages spaces across the region. This process includes liaison with the operator, the design team and the key stake holders of the client.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Responsible for coordination with the general contractor, various field trades, building owners, tenants, vendors, and design team in successfully building-out and delivering restaurants, cafeterias, theaters, bars, and other commercial foodservice related projects throughout the country. Washington D.C. Metro Area

Worked in a team of project managers overseeing the design/construction of over 30 task orders at a time in various IDIQ’s totaling over $13 million dollars with NAVFAC. Responsibilities included initial site walk-through’s, estimating, scheduling, technical proposal writing, contract negotiation, compliance with Army Corps of Engineers safety standards.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Responsible for coordination between the client, architect, designers, engineers, and contractors to develop a precise design program and produce a complete set of construction documents. Responsibilities include: scope assessment, project design and management, equipment selection, custom fabrication shop drawings, bid coordination and review, contract.

Greater Denver Area

Responsible for the design project management and creation of construction documents for large-scale hospitality projects. Design and construction management tasks included: kickoff design meetings, client presentations, consultant coordination, budget estimates, etc. Construction administration included project site visits, requests for proposal and bid.

Greater San Diego Area

Responsible for determining the specific needs and functions of foodservice related projects, developing a complete set of construction documents, and construction management. Tasks included client and design team coordination, creation/review/approval of RFI’s and schedule/estimate creation and updating.
