Fort Campbell, Ky.

- Responsible for the training, supervision, counseling and welfare of over 100 personnel. - Assigned, tracked and coordinated all external training requirements to include training at other sites in multiple states and military installations. - Developed a physical fitness training plan that resulted in the unit achieving the highest scores throughout the organization.- Accountable for the safe firing of over 1000 high explosive projectile throughout numerous training events.

Fort Campbell, Ky.

- While deployed from Fort Campbell, KY to Afghanistan, responsible for tracking, developing and execution of all operations in the battle field of both American and Afghan units, consisting of over 800 personnel.- Directly responsible for the security and defense of 8 different sites which included the safeguarding of personnel, equipment, ammunition and highly classified information.- Managed and responsible for $100K monthly budget for security operations with 100% accountability.

University Of Hawaii Rotc

- Served as the organization director responsible for assigning training sites, scheduling, counseling and tracking the progression of over 150 students. - Instructed leadership and military science to over 500 military cadets resulting in the development of future officers and leaders all over the United States. - Developed a working relationship with all the local high schools and colleges to assist in improving their programs.- Competed and won for two consecutive years in the Western Region’s Non-Commissioned Officer of the year competition setting the example for others to follow.

Fort Riley, Ks.

- Responsible for the total maintenance and operations of 8 field artillery cannons and over 40 vehicles.- Managed and coordinated the training and certifications of 10 teams consisting in over 80 personnel. - Responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Gun Laying and Positioning System (GLPS) which develops digital data for determining precise aiming and safety of all high explosive ammunition fired. - While deployed from Fort Riley, served in Iraq, responsible for the reconnaissance of different sites for the training and execution of all operations.- Responsible for leading over 100 patrols both mounted and dismounted without loss of life.- Skillful in defusing and controlling large crowds of people while maintaining focus and completing the tasks at hand.- Proficient in administering first aid under stressful situations which directly resulted in saving several lives while under enemy contact.
