Prime focus was Internet connectivity and word processing, but also participated in graphics and video editing. Management of part time staff responsible for supervising lab environments and assisting patrons with software and other needs, software purchasing and planning, policy creation and implementation. Oversaw the expansion of the lab from 60 workstations to 200 workstations during a move to a new facility.
