• Function simultaneously as project manager, lead source of communication, and employee traineron multiple projects, both department-specific and company-wide• Secondary Systems Administrator, managing and maintaining a virtual and bare-metal server environment• Follow ITIL guidelines to manage ITSM help desk with over 3000 tickets opened and closed annually• Deploy and manage iOS devices for POS, electronic signature capture, electronic equipment inspection, mobile technicians, and inventory control• Support general business operations by providing troubleshooting for all computerized technology within the company• Work closely with Caterpillar and other equipment manufacturers to maintain software and hardware compatibility• Current projects include the overhauling of Recruiting and Onboarding processes in Human Resources; working with a team to migrate IBM Business Intelligence software to latest release; working with colleagues and external consultants to develop and implement a complete inventory control system surrounding tool check in/check out in machine repair shops

• Provide troubleshooting for 500+ employees and all computerized technology within the company, including Caterpillar tractor, lift truck, and engine diagnostic tools; smart devices, wired and wireless networking• Work with numerous third-party and international vendors to analyze software components to aid introubleshooting, configuration, and routine updating• Generate program-specific documentation, research and implement new technology in thebusiness environment to increase productivity and simplify existing procedures• Implement new electronic print and fax technology to reduce paper and ink/toner consumption, lowering company overhead costs• Develop company website for all mobile devices, providing employees with a location to find all the apps they will need on their mobile device dependent on their department• Research, implement, and support an automatic cloud backup solution on all administrative computers to ensure data integrity in the event of a disaster

• Manage a team of student workers as technical support for the Division of Student Life, including computer installation and repair, IP and cell phone management, and networking in order to ensure that employees are able to work efficiently and effectively• Create work schedules based on student availability• Train new employees each academic year
