• Counseled administration to establish an intensive research program to provide in-depth structured research experience throughout the dental school curriculum for students interested in careers in biomedical, public health, and clinical research. This initiative was aligned with the school’s strategic priorities and mission for promoting excellence in research• Supported BUSDM’s pre-doctoral students curricular research activities throughout their dental education.
