Providing consultancy services for the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project, a World Bank initiative, at PSPA. The project focuses on Early Childhood Education, Health and Nutrition of Pregnant and Lactating Mothers, and Economic Inclusion of Vulnerable BISP households. We provide income-generation assets worth PKR 150,000 to extremely impoverished individuals to alleviate them from the poverty line, all while providing them with Labor Market Readiness Training and regular mentorship for over a year.

-Led research initiative on female mobility with 800+ participants, conducting primary research, awareness campaigns, and knowledge dissemination regarding the impact of the urban transport network on women.- Authored an academic journal paper based on the comprehensive qualitative and quantitative data collected during thestudy. The paper is in its final stages of completion.-Spearheaded data-driven policy-making efforts for multiple verticals, including Transportation, Solid Waste Management, Air Quality, Sprawl, and Logistics, by effectively bridging the gap between data collected through various technologies and its practical application.-Presented a comprehensive User-testing report on the Women Safety App to the Punjab Safe Cities Authority, ensuring its accessibility and suitability for women.-Managed social media and marketing activities at CITY, driving a substantial 60% increase in engagement.-Organized and supervised 5 workshops, fostering development with 95% satisfaction among 300+ participants.

-Worked as a bridge between the administration of LUMS and the students by representing 1200 from the senior batch.-Dealt with 300+ cases of academic dishonesty, and non-academic issues like drugs, harassment, bullying as a part of quorum of Disciplinary Committee.-President of the Task Force Designated for Campus Reopening during pandemic where we conducted 7 vaccination drives which led to 4000+ students and alumni getting fully vaccinated.-Collaborated with admin as part of campus development taskforce for students by increasing 30 study spaces in library, refurbishing air-conditioners, ensuring day-scholar access during Covid restrictions.-Actively worked with Office of Inclusion to humanize the complaint procedure of sexual harassment leading to 12% increase in reported cases and convictions.-Part of Ethics committee which screened and interviewed 90 students running for SC 2022-23.-Conducted Sophomore Orientation Week, Awareness weeks and campaigns on Mental health and harassment.
