Afif is the Founding Partner of RPS MENA; a social impact research, training, and consulting firm with offices in Beirut and Istanbul, serving the MENA region. Moreover, he is the Founding Partner of RainMakers a Business Development firm for NGOs, INGOs, CSOs, and service providers working with the development sector based in Istanbul, serving the EMEA region. Prior to that, he was the Business Development and Projects Manager at AUB REP the consulting arm of the university. Before that, he was in a consulting managerial position at PwC in KSA. Previously, he was the Operations Manager at CMCS Lebanon, a Project Management Consulting & Training firm in Beirut. In parallel, and since 2011, he has been a Project & Risk Management & Business Analysis Instructor/Trainer at RPS MENA, AUB's Continuing Education Center (AUB CEC) and PwC Academy among others.He holds a Masters in HR Management, 7 International Certifications, and has 15+ years of consulting, advising, training and managerial experience in corporate, academic, and non-profit sectors (NGOs).
