My name is Andrea Finuccio, a Washington DC based attorney striving to to use my legal skills and drive to help those whose rights are not often represented. I have shaped my professional and academic experiences in the hopes of attaining a better grasp on civil and human rights, with a specific focus on gender based issues.I am a graduate from American University Washington College of Law, where I received my Juris Doctor. During my time in law school I focused on international law and human rights. I completed my undergraduate studies in 2011 at American University in Washington D.C., where I received my Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a concentration in peace and conflict resolution and Latin America and a second major of Political Science. My employment, experiences, and course work as outlined below demonstrate dedication and a commitment to public interest and human rights.I have experience working for organizations that require excellent bilingual skills and I have experience in translating documents between both English and Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish (orally and written) and have experience in previous offices where strong organizational skills were a must.
