Special Projects Consultant (SPC) is a concurrent role I am undertaking, alongside my learning journey as an Apprentice to the Group CEO,As an SPC, I contribute my operational, strategic, & technical expertise to projects & special projects (Contract Value >USD$10,000,000).I collaborate with clients to determine project parameters, develop project plans in line with business objectives, and assign project tasks and resources.I also monitor the progress of each project stage and facilitate necessary interventions.

Tech Do Good (TDG) is a Non-Profit Organisation that started off as a Ground-up Initiative. TDG uses technology to promote social good. Our first project was a campaign to call out to the public to donate their used laptops. The laptops are refurbished by our dedicated volunteers. As of June 2021, 30 laptops were distributed to underprivileged students and counting.Duties:- Oversee and ensure a healthy cash flow through donation drives and campaigns.- Manage department heads/directors who manage teams of committed volunteers.- Maintain stakeholder relationships such as donors, beneficiaries, and partners.- Participate in recruitment activities to bring in suitable team members and grow the team.- Prepare and participate in any stakeholder meetings or with Non-Profit partners to pursue collaboration opportunities and advance the organization's interests.- Network with prominent figures to spread & expand the organization's awareness.- PR interviews with various news channels such as The Straits Times, Berita Mediacorp, and Berita Harian.Technological Duties:- Manage a tech team of brilliant individuals with experiences from various industries.- Develop & implement key technological projects, programs, devices, and structures for beneficiaries.- Networking with prominent figures in the tech industry to learn, re-learn, and value-add to the technlogical aspect of TDG.
