Responsible for the compilation, export and broadcast of the BFBS TV presentation schedules live to Forces viewers around the world. I commissioned, wrote and broadcast live TV continuity announcements, adhering to all editorial guidelines at all times.Regularly updated transmission information into the automated playout system and dealt with technical and editorial issues. Main point of contact between the planning, playout and promotions departments, ensuring the correct content went to air at the right time.Edited and broadcast regular TV and Radio messages from viewers and listeners to their loved ones serving overseas. Produced, scripted and edited 'Shortlist', a weekly television programme informing military personnel of events taking place in their part of the forces world, which included programme highlights and special announcements.

Additionally created menus, credit squeezes and 'now & next' straps for transmission on BBC ONE, ensuring accuracy and communicating any schedule changes.Completed a six month attachment at the Community Channel, where I oversaw the entire Presentation operation.

Successfully launched a new breakfiller device called 'Dynamic Junctions' and was a key player in developing the idea further.Oversaw all promotional output on BBC WORLD NEWS, the BBC's international news channel, ensuring cultural differences were observed at all times.Liaised with Media Planning, Scheduling and Playout departments to ensure all promotions were correct prior to transmission and constantly reflected changing news output on the day.Represented the department at daily news editiorial meetings and managed a team of 3 in the absence of the Producer.
