Over the past few years, I have managed the training calendar for Efficiency Vermont's premiere trade ally network, the Efficiency Excellence Network. This has included contract negotiation with instructors, budget management, and strategy coordination with other Program Managers. Our trainings receive high reviews and feature engaged attendees who often stay in touch with our instructors. Additionally, I have managed and deployed the external communication plan with our engaged trade allies. Our quarterly trade ally newsletter has the highest open rate of our organization's newsletters.Prior to this, I worked with renewable energy contractors and energy consultants around Vermont to help them develop the market for solar PV and wood pellet heating. I have consulted in the development of incentive programs and have researched new technologies to evaluate their potential effectiveness for Vermonters. I regularly evaluated small-scale installations to ensure that customers will receive the product they want at a cost they can afford. Our incentives helped hundreds of Vermonters go solar and stay warm through winter using local, sustainably-harvested wood, thereby growing the Vermont economy and keeping us energy-secure. I have enjoyed managing projects over the years, from launching the aforementioned Efficiency Excellence Network to developing annual reports for Vermont's largest energy consumers. These projects have involved budget development for new programs, contract negotiations with trade associations, extensive stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation.
