A degree in Music Production and Recording allowed me to understand not just the technical aspects of the whole process behind the activity but also how so many underlying aspects go unnoticed while still having an impact in the listeners. Sound, in itself, even without words, can be an effective way of communicating and that led me to understand a reasonable number of aspects that will influence my conversation with any customer or even any person that my cross paths with me. While learning all these aspects in University I was able to apply them at the jobs that I performed at the time, which all included and were fundamentally based in communication. Bit by bit, I was able to understand that, at times, even though I was not able to perform what a customer might expect, being able to communicate accurately the current situation can be a huge step in creating a line of communication between me and the customer. While I was in this process I was able to gradually sharpen my skills to better understand the customer's position and realize which would be the best way to approach him. I am happy to be now in a position that continues to allow me to develop these skills and my focus is to look for situations that might lead me to keep evolving and growing in a prosperous environment.My goal is to gather all this knowledge about the end consumer and learn tools that will allow me to apply it with a business strategy mindset. Therefore, I want to keep investing my time in deepening my skillset to be able to bring value to any business.
