Infrastructure management:- Service management: Security, cleaning, building maintenance, air conditioning, DIWater supply, electricity, telecommunications, information technology services, etc- Planning and budgeting: Planning and control of expenses related to maintenance, repairs, improvements of the facilities. Implement continuous improvement, namely energy efficiency and sustainability measures.-Project management: MoveIn & Moveout of equipments, layout changes, expansions or restructurings, definition of technical requirements, supervision, and coordination with engineering & project teams in order to ensure execution according to plans and respective budgets.-Security management: Security systems, such as access control, monitoring, fire alarm systems and evacuation training in case of emergency.-Legal compliance: Regulations and standards applicable to the facilities, such as those related to occupational health and safety, accessibility, environmental standards, among others. -Contract management: Suppliers and service providers, ensure that agreed service levels are always achieved. -Change management: Adaptation of the physical space, the implementation of new technologies, the accommodation of specific requirements of teams or departments, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and minimizing possible interruption of operations.-Sustainability and social responsibility: Implement initiatives related to the reduction of resource consumption, energy, water, efficient waste management, use of ecological materials, promotion of diversity and inclusion policies, among others.-Crisis management: Implement of contingency plan, response and recovery plans until operating conditions are restored. The contingency plan must ensure business continuity, be able to accommodate emergency situations, fires, floods, security problems or natural disasters.Senior Logistics Manager:- People Management, directing and managing all logistic staff and subordinates.- Warehouse, Shipping, Transport & Customs Management. - Equipment Move-in & Move-out Management.- Transport of dangerous goods by Air and Road- Safety Adviser, assure annual report to National Authority’s according to legislation.- Waste Management according to Portuguese legislation.- Internal Auditor: ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949.- Problem-solving and decision-making know-how (FMEA, 8D, SWOT Analysis…)- Systems Management and integration SAP / MES- Project Management- Responsible for the definitions of area Key Performance Indicators.- Purchasing Management
