I am a Service Desk Manager & 3rd line technical engineer with over 15 years of experience in the IT Support field.I currently manage a support team of 12, in a very busy helpdesk environment, as well as providing third line/infrastructure support, and high level troubleshooting.I work closely with both technical and non-technical managers to ensure we’re providing the best service possibly to our clientele.I have a very methodical and analytical approach to my work. I believe in pro-active solutions, resolving issues before our customers are even aware they are an issue, or better yet, identifying potential future issues & problems and implementing solutions to fix them.Over the years as well as an in-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019) and Hyper-V systems, I’ve also developed a high proficiency with Powershell.I’ve written a significant number of scripts and fixes that are used daily to monitor, report, and pro-actively fix/prevent many issues.
