It was a digital transformation project where client was undergoing massive transformation from existing monolith application to cloud native microservices based architecture. Here we were working with client’s team to help them achieve the best digital transformation experience. I had the opportunity to work with DevOps team where we were creating and maintaining framework for our client to deploy the microservices into containerized Kubernetes platform.

Key Contributions: • Utilized SQL skills to optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for efficient data retrieval and manipulation in fraud management services. • Configured and maintained CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes of software applications. • Containerized applications using Docker to create lightweight, portable, and isolated runtime environments. • Employed Git and GitHub for version control, branching, and merging of code changes, ensuring codebase integrity, and facilitating collaboration. • Leveraged Kubernetes for efficient container orchestration and management. • Created interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, delivering critical insights into operational performance and decision-making for business stakeholders. • Utilized Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code for efficient and automated cloud infrastructure management. • Implemented Prometheus and Grafana for comprehensive monitoring and visualization of system metrics.

The main aim was to enhance fraud management services for a banking client by implementing fraud detection algorithms with SASEFM system developed by SAS Cooperation.Here it involves utilizing various tools, technologies, to ensure the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of fraud detection processes.
