Current- Provide regulatory guidance to support participation in renewable energy (RE) auctions and open market sales.- Assist in asset management strategies to maintain and improve the value of existing assets.- Offer regulatory insights on energy management, trading, and origination, contributing ideas for developing new products and services.- Support policy navigation and incentive schemes related to green hydrogen.- Participate in regulatory and legal forums within the RE sector, staying informed and engaged.- Identify regulatory and market risks/opportunities, and collaborate on solutions to safeguard and enhance the company's assets.- Analyzing notifications, judgments, and orders from various regulatory bodies, and presenting key insights to the leadership team.- Preparing and delivering comments on draft notifications related to wind and solar energy, issued by regulatory authorities- Advocate for policies in emerging technologies such as battery storage and green hydrogen, supporting leadership in these areas.- Build and maintain relationships with key state and central government stakeholders to facilitate processes and influence decision-making.- Support efforts to represent the company's interests in regulatory discussions and policy development.- Contribute to the company’s presence and influence within the renewable energy sector by participating in industry associations and forums
