• Permit applications and stakeholder coordination, including architects, engineers, building surveyors, and council, for project approvals.• Material procurement and supplier networking to optimize lead times and costs.• Contract price negotiations with clients and preparation of final build contract agreements.• Utility applications and post-permit approval council requirements.• Documentation management, effective communication within the team, suppliers, and support for timely project delivery.• Regular progress updates with the site supervisor and clients.• Post-construction compliance document liaison with subcontractors and occupancy permit applications.• General office administration and exceptional customer service.• Simultaneous management of approximately 25 projects, with 2-3 completed project handovers to clients per month.

**Onsite Work**- Conduct daily measurements and drafting of benchtops, covering approximately 30 square meters of area across multiple sites (2-4).- Accurately read and interpret working drawings based on various designs.- Utilize Laser Templator software to draft surveyed details for the CADCAM team.- Proactively raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to builders and consultants for detailed clarifications.- Analyze and effectively communicate site-related issues to the appropriate personnel.- Foster long-term, collaborative relationships with site supervisors and relevant traders.- Identify and promptly resolve site issues to ensure successful stone installation.

• Developing on Landscaping Plans and Design by providing suggestions and alternatives.• Communicating and managing with the various vendors associated with the projects.• Working with the Local Municipal Council on the projects.
