Global Head of IAM Business Solutions for Barclays Group25+ Years’ experience in IT, Financial Sector helping drive Automation of which the last 15 years in Identity and Access Management.Core Responsibilities:Driving Strategic IAM Initiatives Across the bankDrive innovation to bring in the latest ideas for Cyber Security.Enable all Barclays employees to access the IT systems in a secure and controlled manner, through a portfolio of IAM service offerings that encompasses end-user technology solutions and supporting control servicesDrive Automation and Lean processes to reduce waste and eliminate manual processes driving efficiency across IAM.Pre-empt people, process or technology gaps ahead of time with a way forward defined and agreed with impacted stakeholders.Drive the bank’s cloud strategy and help applications become compliant to IAM controlsImplement a strong layered defense of security controls in order to protect the bank’s most privileged accountsWork with Internal/External Auditors and Regulators to ensure Barclays is compliant for all LAM controls as per Audit and Regional Regulatory Controls.Work with CISO’s and CIO’s across all the Business Units of the bank to ensure that LAM controls are implemented and effective in every Business Unit.Manage the global £20M Annual IAM Budget, for both Annual Run and new build initiatives.Manage the Program Management Team that drives key IAM initiatives across the bank.
