As Head of International Business ( Technical ) , I am mainly responsible for International Voice , SMS and Roaming for Digicel Pacific. some of my current responsibilities are :• International Call Quality for Digicel Pacific all markets• Roaming Testing ( IREG & TADIG ) • Roaming Value Added Services • CAPEX and OPEX for International Business• Digicel Pacific International Switching hub in Hong Kong• Interconnect Technical Agreements and SLAs• Working with markets CEOs, CFOs and CTOs to ensure their respective targets for international business are achieved• Working with regional CTO / HOD – Commercial to align business strategy with Technical readiness • International Voice and Roaming roll outs in New Markets• International Voice operations for all existing markets • Ensure the Network availability target is 99% every month.• International Business Intelligence and KPIs reporting.• Roaming operations for all existing markets • Managing several million dollars International Business revenue • Interconnect and Roaming Billing Operations for all markets • Dispute and reconciliation • Mediation and Provisioning Gateway operations for all markets • Implementation of Interconnect and Roaming suits of products across Pacific region.• A2P business vertical • Vendor Management• Project Management

I worked for Hutch Delhi and Orange in Mumbai, now it is Vodafone India. Joined Vodafone as GET , worked on various aspects of Telecom BSS....including Wholesale Billing , Retail Billing , Provisioning , Software Development and migration projects.and
