Managed grafting and field growing of grape and fruit tree crops. Modified field growing system to include cover cropping of aisles.

■ Created ArcGIS database for 15 preserves that total 2,000 acres using handheld GPS unit and outdated paper maps. --------- Includes road and trail systems, invasive species, and other unique stewardship concerns. --------- Collected and created hyperlinked georeferenced photo points for areas that require ongoing monitoring. ■ Developed restoration and management plans. ■ Recommend solutions to resolve conflicting land uses.■ Wrote and obtained permits at the County and State level required to complete planned restoration work.■ Created database of potential candidates, recruited and trained volunteer stewards for individual preserves, and directed volunteer work parties.■ Coordinated work with local Washington Conservation Corps crews. ■ Edited and published online newsletter to inform and educate the public about ongoing issues within the watershed. ■ Inspected boats for invasive species while educating boaters about risks of zebra and quagga mussels.
