Manage executive vehicles across six jurisdictions, responsible for providing effective day to day management of all aspects of Fleet Management, including central support and advice to Jurisdictional Fleet Administrators on vehicle fleet policies, entitlements, and performance.Develop and manage fleet system, processes, and procedures to identify and implement efficiency improvements.Undertake systems administration (managing upgrades, user access, training and support, report development and provision) and vendor management for the fleet management system.

Manage the end -to- end process of the salary sacrifice program, reviewing monthly data to minimize costs and ensure cost recovery of program, sourcing vehicle pricing, contributing to policy changes and resolving any issues arising from employees.Manage the monthly leasing tendering process of Telstra’s fleet. Reviewing lease terms to achieve optimum outcome for Telstra Operational assets.Manage lease anomalies arising from the T-Lease system, approve lease payments and invoicing and other accounting requirements.
