- Set-up and implemented legal filing system for contracts, corporate governance and (pending) litigations. - Reviewed service & supply contracts (from engineering-only to EPC), license agreements & NDA's and provided legal (research) advice to internal stakeholders. - Set-up and implemented a user-friendly legal systems overview (tool) to assist the lawyers in the TechnipFMC group in identifying the pit-falls when applying 'unknown' legal systems to contracts (esp. compared to the group contracting principles). Amongst the legal systems that I studied for this purpose were the contract laws of: The Netherlands, England and Wales, Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, etc. A similar exersice was performed in relation compliance (UK Bribery Act, FCPA and national laws of certain particularly identified countries in Europe).
