• performing research, writing analytical and information materials on Russian Federation (esp. economy, internal affairs, regional policy) • proofreading of materials prepared within the Department, preparing texts for release• participation in conferences, workshops and expert meetings• carrying out research trips and preparing extended reports after their completion• coordination of the work of ad-hoc teams appointed to carry out assigned tasks

Responsibilities:• building and maintaining relations with B2B customers – daily written and spoken contact in Russian and English languages• orders processing, preparing sales and export documentation, resolving complaints• cooperation with production sites management, logistics, customs services, package suppliers• preparing prices calculations, sales analysis, performance reports on sales contracts • stock management, forecasting goods flow• current translations (audit questionnaires, quality specifications, production schemes)• company representation at trade fairs (Prodexpo - Moscow, EuroGastro - Warsaw)• official website content management (working with CMS Drupal), writing news and other materials for Polish, English and Russian versionsAchievements: • introducing significant improvements through self-design and implementation of data processing in MS Excel for reporting current cooperation with retail chains• leading a project of new official website launching – e-Diamond Forbes & Business 2014 winner as the best designed corporative webpage among companies of Lublin voivodship

• translating between Russian and Polish language (including financial and legal vocabulary)

• searching for information, preparing news, opinions and analyses on political, economic and social issues in the post-Soviet area• cooperation with group of editors• proof-reading and content management (working with CMS Joomla!)• accreditation for press conferences and media coverage• organizing work of Eastern (CIS) Department editors (as chief of the Department and deputy editor-in-chief, 02/2006 - 06/2010)• managing special reports (eg. hot topics, themes of the week/month)• creating portal standards• recruitment and current trainings for editors• cooperation with IT • learning to work effectively with tight deadlines
