I manage decisions in determining Product Improvement Working Group (PIG), Weapons System Review (WSR), and DRO topics of discussions, outcomes, and discrepancy correction and findings. I perform and manage verification and validation of aircraft technical orders; determined compatibility of components, materials, and procedures. I work closely with the B-1 Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) and B-1 Main Operating Base (MOB) to ensure logistics elements such as support equipment, aircraft parts, and technical data are available. I maintain, and rewrite technical orders for assigned systems to maintain and improve readiness. I performed technical research on all issues within assigned systems including drawings, specifications, Design Change Notices (DCN), and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), thus using this research to make changes and keep Technical Orders current. Aircraft Engine Mechanic F100-220/229 & F119

As a parts inspector I visually examine single broken down parts of the F100-220/229 engine, as well as the F119 engine. I annotate any findings in the parts work core document, and if needed coordinate their shipment to the Material Review Board (MRB) for examination using the Tinker AFB 240 form for Non-Conforming Material Review (NCMR). I track all F100 and F119 Parts that are received into the shop area, as well as send and update all parts that are being shipped out of the shop. Updating the tracking system I set in place to ensure accountability of all parts within the shop, allowing a constant control on our Work In Progress (WIP) parts list. I coordinate with PMT’s to confirm proper turn-in to supply of condemned parts to ensure that the shop get the correct credit it needs for a one on one turn in based off its cost code B items. I am also certified on the F100 and F119 Bearing assembly, disassembly, and inspection within the controlled environment using the proper technical orders and detailed measurement tools. With my progressive lean process thinking I have implemented ideas within my shop to guarantee the safety of my coworkers and the efficiency of process to increase our productivity.
