As a Senior Director of Learning and Development (L&D) at Baltimore Corps, I have more than 25 years of experience in creating and delivering impactful programs, curricula, and coaching that empower educators, leaders, and students to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments. I am passionate about urban education and social justice, and I leverage my M.Ed degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Urban Education to design, implement, and evaluate the organization's L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.In my current role, I apply my skills in project management, data analysis, and entrepreneurship to lead a dynamic team, manage multiple L&D initiatives and partnerships, and monitor and report on the outcomes and impact of our L&D offerings. I also provide instructional leadership coaching to educational leaders, principals, and teachers, drawing on my previous experience as a Middle School Director. My goal is to support the development of effective and inclusive leaders and learners who can positively transform their communities and society.
