Main duty is the programming of a graphical user interface with OGRE and the Qt Framework for the trajectory planning of 6-axis and 7-axis industrial robots compatible with Linux and Windows OSs. The software included trajectory planning procedures that employed Cartesian space trajectory generators and inverse kinematics algorithms which were easily interfaced to haptics feedback and positioning to interact with the robot and its surroundings for better and faster trajectory planning.

Tested Real Time Embedded Systems on Industrial PC´s for automation applications. I employed Interval Zero's RTX real-time framework on Windows Embedded. The results were satisfactory and it was seen that the latency can be 5 milliseconds in the worst case scenario.In addition, AngeloVision cameras and Digital IO cards were also added to the RTX based interface.

Here I learned to really polish my skills in LabVIEW and used it for creating interfaces and a signal processing system to troubleshoot and control the rejection of coffee seeds. In the short time I was there, I also helped the company with one other project; a system that could keep track of farm animal's data (age, weight, gender, etc) with a structure that could measure the height and weight automatically.
