As the Executive Director of the Eastern Africa Association (EAA), I support members and partners to navigate policy and regulatory challenges, guiding them through their ESG implementation strategy in the region.I am passionate about creating value and impact in areas such as economic empowerment for women, financial inclusion for SMEs, and Africa's place in global affairs. I contribute to the practice of arbitration in Africa, as a committee member of the East Africa International Arbitration Conference. In addition, I serve as a partner at GBS Africa, an economic and political risk advisory firm. I serve as a trustee for Five Talents, a micro finance charity that supports women economic empowerment through financial literacy skills. I am part of the global network of Women in the African legal & financial services space ( LABFA) and the WTO gender research hub where I contribute to research on Women in Trade, Access to Finance & regional trade integration. I serve on the board of Frontier Africa Reports makers of Africa opening Bell & Frontier Africa Energy QuickChat.
