Over 20 years experience as Plant Wide Training Coordinator, Behavior Based Safety Facilitator/Manager, Trained ISO 9000, RC14001 and Safety and Health Lead Auditor, All aspects of safety management to include but not limited to, Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Line Breaking, Lockout/Tagout. Instrumental in acquiring OSHA VPP Star status and GHS implementation.

Facilitator/Manager/Trainer of sites Behavior Based Safety (BBS) process as well as helped implement process at other Ferro facilities, performed IH monitoring and helped develop IH sampling requirements. Worked with corporate ESH&S Managers performing corporate audits and development of confined space and fall protection procedures. Plant Wide Training Coordinator and developed ESH training. Worked with department Area Safety Teams and played and integral role on the Plant Safety Committee and Administration Safety Committee to improve employee participation and engagement resulting in overall site reduction of injuries and incidents.
