I am an optimist with a huge willingness to learn and explore. I have a high sense of responsibility and am resilient. I am a person with strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. I am excited to grow and develop continuously, both professionally and personally. I consider positivism and a smile in any life situation to be my most valuable trait. My previous work experience is an internship in the Latvian Investment and Development Agency’s export promotion department. There I performed various support duties for the team, did market research, provided consultations by telephone, wrote Facebook promotion posts, and translated some documents. From this experience, I have learned not to stop at basic tasks and look for further opportunities to learn, and I lost my fear of making cold calls. I also gained experience as a junior accountant in a catering company Silva, which taught me both to acquire new skills on my own and to plan my work to meet the set deadlines. My main tasks were dealing with data updating, analyzing balance sheets, preparing financial reports, and communicating with suppliers. I have worked as an event waitress. It gave me the skills to quickly find solutions to non-standard situations and taught me the importance of teamwork. I was in charge of managing the events myself at the end of the internship.I think that my experience leading a student council in high school and working in several university organizations has given me problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility to all affected by my decisions and actions, and has taught me to respect others’ opinions. Being able to be both a team leader and a member of a big team has taught me to communicate with different people and always find a way to get to a common language. I also consider my time as a school ambassador to be a valuable experience, which allowed me to participate in educational exhibitions. It allowed me to develop interpersonal skills and present the school to a student audience improved my presentation skills. I have danced Latvian folk dances since I was three years old. I am a real team player, and if I commit to something, I do everything in my power not to let my team down.
