Provide Level 1 support to AlertSite customers via email, phone, and screen sharing sessions. Help onboard new Alertsite clients and trial users and counsel them on how they can improve their usage of the product.A member of the SmartBear Somerville Culture Committee, I help plan, execute and brainstorm events in the Somerville office. On my own initiative, started a bi-weekly board game night at the office.

Assisted in teaching and grading the Intro to Interactive Media class for around 55 college freshmen. This class is a freshman class and features a grab-bag of subjects, including web development, an introduction to Photoshop and animation, and a first foray into the world of college presentations. My weekly duties consisted of taking attendance, grading quizzes and grading in-class assignments. I also held office hours where I was available for help and when not helping students would catch-up on any assignments that I had gotten behind on grading.

Primary responsibilities include being responsible for the safety and security of the Campus Center and the Student Alumni Union, making sure the building and meeting rooms are secured at the end of the night, and act as a customer service representative for the institute, the division of Student Affairs and the Center for Campus Life. Other responsibilities include:Provide directions for faculty/staff/students and guests of RIT to and from events.Assist in the management of lost and found items.Sign out various Equipment to clubs, students and faculty.Basic technological troubleshooting in the meeting rooms.

Worked with a team of four student workers and three full-time workers to create the 2017 Orientation experience. Created the application process for two separate positions, managed the communication of information to the staff, and supervised the staff during Orientation. Additionally, was part of a three-person team that created and executed training for 150 staff members. Other responsibilities included:- Assisted in the scouting, hiring and training process for 150 new and returning Orientation Leaders out of a diverse pool of over 300 applicants.- Designed various aspects of the training, including interview questions, selected group activities, trained volunteers how to evaluate and facilitate group activities, and led opening and closing addresses for the training. - Held skype, phone, and in-person interviews with candidates.- Participated in candidate evaluation and selection.- Daily administrative tasks such as tracking and reaching out to added and dropped staff, handling parent and family phone calls, and reaching out to candidates for pre-orientation programs.

Developed multiple websites by coordinating with the design team, fellow developers and clients. Worked primarily in WordPress utilizing HTML, CSS, JS and PHP to edit WordPress functionality to meet clients needs. Served as project lead on the CMAC and the St. Ann’s project. As lead, was responsible for client communications, researching solutions and delegating work to teammates. Also helped with:Scheduling and leading meetings with our internal management, clients, and dev teams.Training clients on the software and how to make their own web pages.
