Since the start of my journey I have doubled the team size , restructured organization to ensure high performing engineers & managers have growth path to next level, managed and grew L6-7+ talent at LinkedIn and helped with community service like WIT, Programs for intern hiring, Innovation Week( hackdays) etc

Build the LinkedIn Talent Solution and Careers - AI Foundation team from scratch and eventually this team became an org itself reporting directly to Sr Director, our team was responsible for delivering foundational improvements in natural language understanding, auto-ml and feature marketplace across products such as Job Search, Job Recommendation, Recruiter Search etc. As part of my role, I formed a new team called Marketplace Transformation AI. This team was responsible to enable skills first hiring and make features more member friendly ; for example Salary Inference and transparency efforts.

Working on some of the core problems of recommendation engines like predictive indexing, vectorization of text, replacing larger models with smaller models, feature engineering, linear + non linear models

Worked on Ads serving team. Primarily responsible for developing pacing module. This includes building lifetime budget pacing module from scratch. Also responsible for building pricing mechanism for native ads.Worked on several interesting problems like building a scalable thread free last n minutes counter, multi objective optimization algorithms like finding pareto optimals at different levels.
