I write and review Help Center articles, record product tutorials, interact with customers in the App Store and Google Play Store, and provide the university with the data necessary to make decisions (especially concerning assessments).

Educate customers, educators and students alike, on how to better use the Aula platform. I walk them through our features like sending DMs, posting on the Community feed, creating assignments, creating and participating in discussions, among others. I also troubleshoot when issues are flagged.We provide services for universities in the UK and the USA.

I design learning experiences in the Aula space, using UX and their design methodology to make higher-education courses more engaging. Since Aula is a social learning platform, I help with the transition of content and teaching resources from a traditional LMS to Aula.The modules previously taught in a more traditional environment were transformed to take advantage of all that social learning provides like enhanced peer-to-peer interaction, and features social networks users are acquainted with like reactions and comments.

In partnership with instructional designers and curriculum designers in a distributed team, I developed content for online courses and coaching programs in English and Portuguese. The boxes were once available in a platform called Speakzz. It was, however, discontinued in 2018, and most of the materials were moved to another platform called Inovzz (www.inovzz.com), and include e-books, podcasts, videos and exercises.Another project I regularly participate in involves creating exam questions for a university's admission tests for their Masters program, both in English and Spanish.Still regarding universities, I was also part of a team that carried out a partnership with FMU (Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas) to offer their students some coaching sessions as well as English workshops.

Work in close partnership with the Sales Department to train the customers on how to use our materials (client onboarding), based on their specific needs.

Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for new consultants and area leaders. Over 1 year, I have selected and trained 116 employees, enabling them to develop their own materials and deliver classes to executives in several cities in the state of São Paulo. Process mapping and creation of KPIs in order to improve the employee experience since day one. The leadership training regarded the onboarding and in-house education of 14 newly-promoted Heads who would collaborate directly with the sales department, and sales leaders more specifically.Customer education was again part of the process, as I would train the newly hired consultants on how to use the company's software to comply with administrative processes and to enhance students' participation in a blended learning environment.Quality control became part of my job when I started observing classes in July/ 2019. The goal was to assess consultants in delivering their classes following the communicative approach by Cambridge.

Materials development, in-company classes and customer education. The classes were delivered exclusively to adults in a corporate environment. As a consulting languages company, it was required from us to create and/ or personalize materials according to the customers' needs.The customer education part of the work regarded the company's software. The students had to be able to use it independently, so before starting classes, I would teach them how to handle the software on their own, and how to make the most of their experience.
