This involves the ability to change the way we communicate to be flexible with who we are talking to and the nature of the conversation, and by doing so approaching it in a compassionate and professional way.I benefited from taking a conflict resolution workshop in hospital. This role involved going to certain shops and buying age-prohibited items and later submitting a report regarding the retailer’s compliance to the age-prohibited guidelines (e.g., whether I was asked for ID).When shopping I had to be very observant of my surroundings and the employee’s behaviour.I exercised my time management skills through submitting my reports within the strict time-frame.
