• Analyst on Research and Evaluation component of USAID’s Evaluation, Research, and Learning (ERC) Task Order under the Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights (STARR) IQC. Task lead on the Tenure and Global Climate Change (TGCC) randomized control trial and the Community Forest Project (CFP) difference in difference evaluation, both based in Eastern Province, Zambia. Responsibilities include managing the data collection, cleaning, and analysis process, as well as authoring reports and journal articles for USAID.

Kampala, Uganda

Project coordinator, Managed an end line survey of 1,500 small and medium enterprise owners in urban Kampala to measure network effects of a World Bank implemented business training.

Responsibilities include: • Designing, budgeting, and coordinating randomized control trials with a team of leading development economists • Managing all Zambia-based activities pilot, baseline, and endline surveys for surveys as large as 3,500 respondents.
