Served as one of 9 elected officials on the City of Amesbury's governing Municipal Council. Member of Finance, Ordinance and Master Plan Committees. The Council was responsible for the passage of all city Ordinances and the approval of all appropriations from the City's funds.

As Treasurer of this initially board-staffed organization, I managed all of our financial records and was responsible for our annual state and federal corporate filings. As President, worked with Board to implement a strategic plan, hire staff and develop two affordable housing projects.
