Every job is different pilots are entrusted with 1000’s of people’s lives on a daily basis. Barista’s brew coffee, they brew coffee for millions of people all over the world every morning. They provide the quintessential morning pick me up for every customer. I provide IT Support for your business. Currently I support 150-200 employees on their technical needs. I offer support for a mixed shop of pc/mac computers as well as mobile devices. I am the face for vendors to contact while simultaneously being the helping hand that resolves employee’s IT issues. Assessing new equipment for deployment is a top priority for every company. I assess new equipment to ensure the most cost effective result that will boost productivity. This includes phones, computers, VOIP systems, and projectors. Every job title has its own responsibilities and I indulge myself in mine.After studying IT and Systems Administration at Year Up Bay Area I am looking to apply my skills. Furthering my own future in a work environment with room to grow professionally while expanding my knowledge base. With previous management skills firmly placed under my belt I look to add value to any organization.
