Primary duties:(1) Project manager for marketing and membership direct mail projects (working with communications department, senior team, printers, etc.), including acquisition campaigns, monthly membership renewal notices, and self-mailers for educational programs.(2) Team lead on program ticketing setup and webpage staging operations using Tessitura CRM database (providing oversight to the process at-large and handling data entry). This involves working with marketing, IT, and programming staff and keeping pace with deadlines and consistent sales decisions.(3) Operations lead in the production of a 64-page monthly educational program guide, including supporting the editorial and graphic design team, proofreading, liaising with programming staff on copy submissions, and interfacing with external printer representatives on the publication’s production schedule, postage, and instructions to meet monthly mail date expectations.(4) Craft, format, and supply data files for a variety of direct mail and email projects using Tessitura CRM database.(5) Execute email marketing projects from layout to deployment as needed, especially membership renewal and customer service-driven email communications using WordFly application.(6) Administrative powerhouse for organization’s communications department for meeting bookings, facilitation, and notetaking; project financial oversight; daily sales reporting; weekly memos to customer service team; all-staff advisories for seasonal mailings and monthly on-sale launches; and strategic-planning discussions.(7) Partner with IT staff in editing web content for organization's website as applicable.Special Assignments:(1) Office Trainer for Wordfly email application and Tessitura database to onboard beginning to immediate-level users as needed.(2) Project manager for office's Summer Camp operations, being a liaison among programming, IT, customer service, and communications staff to prepare for Summer Camp on sale.

Duties comprised of administrative support for the marketing department (invoice processing, reports) and assisting with email marketing and direct mail campaigns as assigned.

Six Degree Singers is a young professional community choir dedicated to making quality music and bringing it to the Washington, DC-area through performances, volunteer work, and musical education. As Operations Director of Six Degree Singers, I was responsible for the following:(1) Assisted with rehearsal and concert venue contracts/agreements.(2) Oversaw logistics for any outreach and other gig opportunities in the community our choir pursues.(3) Conducted and/or delegated research projects for prospective performance opportunities for the choir.(3) Team Lead for concert logistics including setup, special A/V needs, reception management, clean-up, and making sure house management has what it needs. This requires delegating tasks to the Operations Committee members or other choir leadership.(4) Offered project management expertise as needed, especially with choir's donation mailings and special event activities.(5) Provided administrative support as needed.This was a volunteer position and part of the choir's Executive Committee team.

Sigma Alpha Iota is an international professional music fraternity with a network of collegiate and alumnae chapters throughout the United States. As chapter president of SAI's Washington, DC Alumnae Chapter, I did the following:(1) Facilitated seasonal chapter meetings for members in the greater DC area.(2) Worked alongside various chapter officers to address our range of events and make business decisions.(3) Prepared and submitted reports to SAI's national fraternity.(4) Assisted with special committee work as needed.(5) Provided support to our communications, including website engagement and emails. This was a volunteer elected position.
