Responsible for certifications, influencing migration at POS level and monitoring EMV penetration by market. As project lead, also responsible for maintaining Sr. Leadership engaged and informed on progress and challenges. -Regional Project Manager for migration of Amex merchant payment platforms. Led migration of 20 critical bank partners from legacy Amex payments platform to ISO-compliant payment process. Under my direction, the team successfully migrated all 20 banks to the new process with no external costs to Amex. -Managing multiple partner banks throught the Caribbean region as they form part of the Amex Card Acceptance network. -Develop and Lead strategic initiatives to continuously improve processes, relationships and solutions within the Amex network. -Regional lead for Business Planning, Financial and Scorecard Metrics monitoring -Enablement and certification of strategic merchants and bank partners throughout the PR&C Region. -Contract negotiations for key service providers
