Introducing myself made me realize that we both have something in common. You don’t know what I’m going to say… and neither do I.Seriously.. I had to google that joke..In all seriousness, writing an "About me" can be Intimidating. I often seem to forget who I am. So before I fail to recall even my own name. Hello, my names is Adriana. I currently work as Construction Laborer in Blattner Energy Inc. Where I've had the pleasure of building clean, and renewable energy sources, such as Windmills. (Before you ask, yes. I have climbed one before and yes, it was against my will.)Previously, I worked at Galloway and Jensen Law firm, as a front desk executive. Where I served visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, operated a switchboard to route incoming calls, placed outgoing calls and maintained security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. ( I know right? I went from this to construction, but what can I say? I adapt easily.)In addition to this I have 8+ years in customer service, where i obtained the skill to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. Strategic-relationship/partnership-building skills -- listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes. (You know the motto. "The customer is always right."... Am I right Harry?)Throughout all of this I have always had a a passion for technology, which led me to learn the basics in HTML (You should of seen my Myspace profile!) and led me to pursue furthering my knowledge and education in IT support and Java development.
